Now in its 3rd edition, Skills Symposium brought together nine diverse teams to showcase how the Bank operates as one integrated ecosystem - from Data Intelligence and GenAI to Risk and Customer Experience and Innovation. When Teamwork Took the Wheel | Lend-A-Shoulder Volunteering Program
What started as a fun, collaborative activity soon became a deeply meaningful experience. Hear from our employee volunteers from the HR department as they came together to build bicycles, strengthen bonds, and discover the joy of collective purpose. Led by Adrian Andrade (Chief Human Resources Officer), 198 colleagues joined hands to assemble 60 bicycles.
Champions of Social Good Meet | Lend-A-Shoulder
Our MD & CEO, V.Vaidyanathan met with over 500 employee volunteers to hear about their experiences and celebrate the spirit of giving that the Lend-A-Shoulder employee volunteering program stands for. These employees volunteered across India, contributing their skills and time to causes ranging from education, livelihoods and environment, among others.
